Job Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Caller at KASA Earth, located in Gurugram. The Tele Caller will be responsible for contacting potential clients, following up on leads, providing information about available properties, and answering any questions clients may have. The Tele Caller will also schedule property viewings, maintain customer databases, and strive to achieve sales targets by consistently generating new leads.
Qualification:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and offer exceptional customer service
- Basic knowledge of the real estate market and property listings
- Experience with CRM software and telemarketing techniques (would be added advantage)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is desirable
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Sales or Real Estate are beneficial
